We are working remotely to assist and to work on new orders.
After the official lockdown and the restriction on non-essential work, we are now working remotely from home after the temporary closure of our showroom.
This week, we received a wonderful response to our 20% sale which we have never offered before. As a small business, it is essential we keep orders flowing and this helps us and our clients.
Despite so many wedding delays, many of our clients are pressing ahead with their wedding rings. It is wonderful to have so many orders ready for our workshop when it re-opens.
Like so many other small businesses, we are managing work, and children and rising to the challenge! We are online most day and on the other end of the phone to chat with in person.
We have temporarily closed our showroom and workshop while restrictions are in place.
Most of our partners and workshops have made the same decision, with all production paused while the restrictions remain in place.
We appreciate this is inconvenient to many, but fully support the decision as we all need to do whatever we can to save lives.
We would also like to extend our thoughts to anyone who has or will be affected by the unprecedented spread of COVID-19.
All items of jewellery in our system will be held securely at our premises, fully insured until we resume work when the restrictions are lifted.
We will continue to offer email and phone support daily, in addition to online chat through our website while we work online.
We would like to extend a massive thank-you to all essential workers who are going to be working round the clock fighting COVID-19 and providing services throughout the next few weeks.
We wish all our customers good health for themselves and their family and hope for a speedy return to normality.

Please remember to browse our ready-made items of jewellery. Despite our showroom closure, our ready-made collection can be ordered online and delivered internationally at no extra cost.
Showroom Sample Service
We provide most of our jewellery designs as showroom samples to view in the comfort of your own home.
We charge a refundable £150 per sample to view our designs.
Please contact us with a reference to any design and we will confirm availability with guidance on how to arrange the sample ring. Our sample ring service will depend on the availability of our regular couriers including Royal Mail and FedEx.
Browse online and order with just a 10% deposit
Order any item with a 10% deposit. Currently, our production times are unchanged but we plan to update any changes on our blog and across social media.
Delivery Information for Orders
For local, the UK and International clients, we provide free, fully- insured delivery. Within the UK, we deliver by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Within Europe, we send jewellery by International Signed-For Delivery and Internationally, we use FedEx.
Fingerprint Wedding Rings
We are currently recommending that clients send fingerprints by high-resolution scan in an email to us.
