There is always a great deal of chatter online about getting diamonds replaced, and it is also difficult to get the right kind of help and advice. When you visit a well-known retailer, the process usually involves sending your ring away to another company to match up your diamond. There are often many people involved and this can greatly affect cost.

Getting diamonds replaced

Working as a diamond sorter for over a decade I spent many days matching up diamonds. These were usually re-set into cherished pieces of jewellery. Items were sometimes damaged. Sometimes there were no visible reasons for the loss of a diamond. Working with accurate diamond grading, and measuring devices, we put our experience to work every day when we match up diamonds.

These days we are in a better position to help— we can now supply replacement ring mounts, in addition to matching lost diamonds. If a client wishes to change their ring mount, there are many options. If you are simply looking for an expert to match up your diamond, then we can certainly do this for you.
