Serendipity Diamonds – New Showroom Now Open

Serendipity Diamonds Showroom, Ryde

Serendipity Diamonds – New Showroom Now Open

We are delighted open our brand new Showroom in Ryde. Our new showroom is located on Ryde’s busy High Street on the Isle of Wight. Our dazzling new showroom puts us directly working alongside our clients—offering in-depth guidance and advice on buying jewellery and diamonds.

Where we moved from

After 8 years in George Street nearby, we decided to relocate to a new space with greater visibility in Ryde. Whilst selling jewellery online to UK, Ireland, Europe, USA, Canada and Australia, demand has grown for our services on the Isle of Wight. Couples can now drop in to look at wedding ring designs and browse an assortment of jewellery. Most items are crafted to order from a very wide range of options. Visitors can learn more about diamonds and explore an enormous selection of ways to personalise their jewellery. We have many items from the website on display in our new showroom.

Opening times

Our new showroom is open 6 days per week—Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm. Visitors travelling especially to see us are welcome to pre-arrange an appointment to ensure we are available to sit down and discuss requirements.

We will be offering drop-in appointments subject to availability on the day.

Our thanks to the following organisations

We would like to thank the following organisations for their hard work in helping to create our new showroom. Without the skill and commitment of the following companies, we would be unable to add a little sparkle to Ryde’s High Street.

In no specific order, we’ve done our best to acknowledge everyone who helped with our new showroom.

Home estate agents – for taking care of such a beautiful shop which is a perfect new home for Serendipity. And for being so accommodating before we collected the keys.

Lifeline – for their expert help in installing a first class alarm system and CCTV system. Their support is ongoing and they are always so willing to help.

Beardsalls – For our amazing signage. Damon and Toby really did us proud, helping to add the finishing touches to our new showroom with beautiful signage and lighting.

Lionsorbet – Our long-standing friends at Lionsorbet were on hand again to create such beautiful visuals for our vinyl window graphics and additional design work.

Goldman Harrison – For restoring such a beautiful Oak floor in our new showroom.

Carpets Direct – Who added our beautiful new flooring within the remainder of the building.

Derek Young Electrical – For their expert electrical help adding even more brilliance to our showroom. We added a sparkle, they added the spark.

Academy Glazing – Without Paul and his team, we would not have our beautiful window. Unfortunately, an accidental breakage left us in need of a new window a week before opening, but Paul and his team excelled in replacing our display shop window.

First Glass and Lock – Who helped with replacement locks and door glazing.

Airtek – For help with servicing our air-conditioning which has given cool relief to everyone on site before and after opening.

T.H. March – for their expert help with insurance

Calibre furniture – For providing us with beautiful desks including our lovely adjustable height work desks, our chairs and our illuminated reception desk.

Dibbens Removals – Who helped us move from our previous premises. The team were fantastic in all they did, taking care to move our delicate display cases and to transport a very heavy safe with all of our other possessions.

Watts Design – For their beautiful new bespoke cabinets

Van-Engel Cleaning – who have been keeping our window and shop front beautifully clean

Decor – Callum for his help with painting our shop front in readiness for our shop signage.
