This month we are giving you the chance to win another amazing diamond sapphire pendant in our Monthly giveaway.

Simple. Just click enter and you will be invited to connect and share the competition with friends. Follow the instructions and you will be entered into the competition and a lucky winner will be drawn from the month’s entries. We will contact you if you have won, and you will be given the opportunity to claim the prize. We will announce the prize winner each month by on Facebook and on our Blog. If you do not accept the prize (unlikely!) another winner will be randomly selected. The item will be sent to you by Royal Mail Special delivery following confirmation of your winning entry.

General Rules for all Serendipity Diamonds competitions.

Please read the official rules and regulations below. By entering the Contest, you (“You”) accept these Official Rules. These are the Official Rules of the Serendipity Diamonds pendant giveaway. The winners will have their name featured across Serendipity Diamonds online social media channels.

1. ELIGIBILITY
Entrant must be sixteen or above at the time of entry. Anyone over the age of 16 may submit an entry to Serendipity Diamonds competition. The following persons are not eligible to enter the Contest: Anyone not living in the United Kingdom or Ireland at the time of Entry. Employees and directors of Serendipity Diamonds, and people who are involved in any way with the Contest. No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest and no preference will be given due to purchases. By entering, you agree to these Rules and warrant that you are eligible to enter the contest and your submission (defined in Section 3 below) complies with these Official Rules.

THE CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
Each competition will have a clear entry period and the final date will accept entries up to 12pm on the final day in order that a successful winner can be selected. The winning entrant will be randomly selected, and announced only after the winner has been notified and accepted the gift.

3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter the competition you only need to connect to the ‘Serendipity Diamonds Sapphire Pendant Give-Away’ App and invite some of your friends.

Once you have invited some of your friends you are automatically eligible to win.

Competition winners will be announced at the end of each month via our Blog and Facebook page.

ANY ATTEMPT TO ENTER THE CONTEST EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE IS CLASSED AS VOID.

4. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES; INDEMNIFICATION
You represent and warrant that: (a) you are eligible to enter the Contest; (b) you have complied and will comply with these Official Rules in connection with your participation in the Serendipity Diamonds Competition; your Entry complies with all of the requirements. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold Serendipity Diamonds harmless from any losses (including reasonable solicitors’ fees) arising from any third party action asserting a breach by you of any representation, warranty, or obligation in these Official Rules.

5. RULES CHANGES
Serendipity Diamonds reserves the right to change the contest rules at any time (deadlines, stages, prizes).

You may receive company updates (Serendipity Diamonds) in the form of email. Please note, you can unsubscribe at anytime. All data collected from the competition will be kept confidential and will not be passed on to any third parties. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of you and Serendipity Diamonds in connection with this Contest.
