It\u2019s particularly important when you consider many ring designs can\u2019t actually be resized. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, full eternity bands with diamonds all the way around the ring. Ideally, we like to check finger sizes in person here in our showroom, but, not everyone has the time to visit us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a result, for many of our online clients, we created a system to find the correct finger size\u2014available for use in the comfort of your own home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">So, how does it work?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve created the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.serendipitydiamonds.com\/uk\/product\/perfect-fit-ring-size-service\">Perfect Size Service<\/a>\u201d, which we\u2019ve also added to the Serendipity Diamonds website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First, we send out a Multisizer tool. Don\u2019t slide it over the knuckle because the reading will change. Instead, put it around the fleshy part of the finger and attach it where you would normally wear a ring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Approximate your size, and then use the size sample rings.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>With the Multisizer, you can get an approximate size.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And next, we post out ring samples in the closest sizes. We provide simple, precision-engineered aluminium bands created in half-finger sizes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"850\" height=\"850\" src=\"https:\/\/www.serendipitydiamonds.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/3-samples.jpg\" alt=\"Next we send out sample ring sizes\" class=\"wp-image-20227\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.serendipitydiamonds.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/3-samples.jpg 850w, https:\/\/www.serendipitydiamonds.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/3-samples-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.serendipitydiamonds.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/3-samples-250x250.jpg 250w, https:\/\/www.serendipitydiamonds.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/3-samples-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.serendipitydiamonds.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/3-samples-730x730.jpg 730w, https:\/\/www.serendipitydiamonds.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/3-samples-55x55.jpg 55w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>To clarify, if the Multisizer gives you a size S as your finger size, we\u2019ll send out R1\/2, S and S1\/2 ring sizes to try.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have three different widths available for this service &#8211; 2.5mm (perfect for engagement rings) 5mm, and 7mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So you try these after you\u2019ve used the Multisizer to be confident you\u2019ve established the correct finger size.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">But how do you ensure the ring fits correctly?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Well, my advice is to choose a size that goes onto the finger and sits without moving around or spinning on the finger. You want the ring to be snug and difficult to remove and only removable by stretching the hand to take the ring off.
