Earlier this month, we received some incredible photographs capturing the moment when one of\u00a0our clients proposed to his girlfriend. The photographs demonstrate the planning and commitment from one of our clients to create the perfect romantic moment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The location chosen was an inspiring setting \u2013 the Palladian Bridge, located\u00a0within the grounds of\u00a0the National Trust’s Prior Park<\/a>\u00a0in\u00a0Bath.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The 18th-century gardens by were created by local entrepreneur Ralph Allen, with advice from ‘Capability’ Brown. Interestingly, they were frequently visited by the poet\u00a0Alexander Pope.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n A sweeping valley provides the backdrop for the gardens. Most importantly, visitors enjoy magnificent views across the gardens towards the city of\u00a0Bath.<\/p>\n\n\n\n James made special arrangements for the Park to <\/span>open 30 minutes\u00a0early<\/span> before\u00a0his surprise proposal during a romantic morning walk across the Palladian Bridge.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n Photographer Simon Biffen<\/a>\u00a0captured the proposal on camera from the very start of the walk, through to the\u00a0proposal itself. <\/p>\n\n\n\n James chose the beautiful, simple, and iconic Twist engagement ring<\/a> for the proposal. Firstly, the ring was chosen from our extensive engagement rings collection<\/a> at Serendipity Diamonds. We created the ring over a timescale of 4-5 weeks working to precise specifications. Once completed, James prepared for the proposal itself. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The handcrafted 950 Platinum ring was set with an incredible 0.70-carat certified diamond graded D colour and VS1.
