In addition to the central Oval brilliant-cut Diamond, we set an additional 0.40-0.50 carats of Round Brilliant cut Diamonds within the double halo and diamond set shoulders. Each shoulder holds the round brilliant cut diamonds in micro-grain settings. Enjoy a wide range of Diamonds sizes for the main Diamond in the colour and clarity of your choice. On arrival - what to expect when your parcel arrives.
All deliveries to Canada arrive by FEDEX. When your parcel touches down in Canada, all duty and taxes have been included within your engagement ring purchase to ensure that there are no complications when arriving. Your parcel will arrive in a sturdy outer wrap, containing a rigid inner jewellery box, beautifully packaged to include a document wallet with insurance valuation and diamond certificate (where applicable) presentation box and a complimentary proposal pocket box.

Diamond Certification and Cut Grade
At Serendipity Diamonds, we work with the most trusted diamond grading laboratories. In addition, we assure all of our clients across Canada of a minimum VERY GOOD cut grade. In addition, we will never supply any certified diamond with higher than nil or slight fluorescence for your total reassurance.

What cut grade can you expect from your diamond?
Rough diamonds mined in Canada are typically sent to cutters in India and China to be faceted, before they are sent to laboratories worldwide for diamond grading. We buy selectively from some of the World's largest cutters and polishers, choosing diamonds that meet a very good cut grade as standard. Many of our optional CanadaMark diamonds are fully traceable and we are happy to supply diamonds with an excellent cut, polish and symmetry grade upon request.

Do you send items in discreet packaging?Yes. We send all jewellery under plain packaging. We send all diamond jewellery in a large outer box with a plain white cardboard tamper-proof outer wrap for discretion.
Can I buy just the mount without a diamond?Yes. We sell most of our designs as finished mounts, or we can set your own diamond. Contact us for a personal quote if you cannot see the mount-only option on the product page.
Do you offer finance?We provide engagement ring finance via Klarna. Clients can choose from several interest-free options. Alternatively, you can buy now and pay later.
Can I order this design set with a lab-grown diamond instead of a natural diamond?Yes. We create most of our designs set with lab-grown diamonds or natural diamonds. Please get in touch for a personal quote, noting any designs you prefer.
How long does it take to make?Please allow 4-5 weeks for your chosen design to be created to your exact specifications. If you require a ring sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to help meet your timeframe.
Can I tweak or change my chosen design in any way?Yes. We create all jewellery individually to order. We also provide a complete bespoke design service. For this reason, we can accommodate any changes or tweaks required for your chosen design.
When do I pay?We request a 10% deposit to start any order, with the balance due upon completion before delivery. Feel welcome to order online or contact us to order directly with us by phone or via email. Bespoke ring designs require a 25% deposit before any work commences.
How do you make delivery and what about insurance?We deliver using Royal Mail Special Delivery in the UK. We arrange a specific day suitable for our client and all items are fully insured until they arrived and are signed for. Outside the UK we deliver by International Signed For Delivery or FEDEX. We insure all items sent regardless of destination.
Can I arrange delivery to a different address?Yes. But, if you request delivery to a different address than your billing address, we request that the balance of any payment is made by bank transfer.
