Serendipity Diamonds Returns Policy


Jewellery created at Serendipity Diamonds is crafted with care and attention over a period of time. This is reflected in the final work produced. For your reassurance we provide 60 days returns on purchases from Serendipity Diamonds just in case you are not completely satisfied. All items ordered from our website, or arranged by phone and email are covered by this standard returns policy. 

Courtesy 60 Days Refund


For your reassurance we provide 60 days returns for online purchases from Serendipity Diamonds. 

Please read the following details which note restrictions to our returns policy. 


You have our complete assurance that our small friendly team will remain as helpful as possible with any guidance you might need before and after your purchase. 

Please note that we charge a €45.00 re-stocking / administration charge per item for returned jewellery

Items not covered


Items not covered by our 60 days returns are listed below. 

  • Bespoke or custom made items of jewellery
  • Personalised items of jewellery
  • Diamond earrings
  • Items previously returned for size adjustments
  • Finished ring mounts and settings
  • Items returned after purchase / collection in store.
  • Ring mounts set with other people's stones.
  • Items received from exchange

If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, we will always provide help and guidance to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.


Returns from Europe?


Please contact us initially. You will be required to send the item back to us by secure courier or tracked post, fully insured. Please mark any customs paperwork with a clear description and details of the original purchase, clearly marked that the item is being returned to the supplier or returned to the supplier to be worked on. 

Please note


All returned items are subject to a £40.00 administration and re-stocking fee per item. This charge is deducted from your refund and covers the cost of our work processing your return, re-stocking and re-listing items within our showroom and website. 

Exchanges


If you prefer to exchange your item for an alternative choice, please provide us with full details of the new item on the accompanying note you send with the return. Your item must be returned in the original packaging as new without any signs of wear. 

We will arrange any cost difference with you upon completion of the replacement item. Our 60 days refund policy does not apply to exchanged items. 

Items collected in person are not eligible for our 60 days no quibble refund, but may be eligible for exchange at our discretion. 

Returning and item


Please contact us as soon as possible after you have received your order (info@serendipitydiamonds.com) if you decide you would like to return your item. Please state the order name and invoice number for reference.

Your item must be returned unworn and unaltered, without any wear and sent in the original packaging. It is the sender's responsibility to ensure the item is insured and posted securely. We advise using tracked and signed for insured postal service.
