2 Carat Radiant Cut Diamond Ring
We created the 2-carat Radiant cut diamond ring as part of a bespoke jewellery commission. Our client chose to replicate an original ring design—this time set with a central 2-carat lab-grown Radiant-cut diamond. As part of our service, we sourced the Radiant cut with very specific proportions to match the original ring. As a result, we provided a shorter, squarer Radiant as opposed to a diamond with longer proportions.
The impressive Radiant-cut diamond was fully certified and provided with a laboratory grading report, specifying the colour (F) and clarity (VS1) for the diamond.
Another design element included a fully wedding-ring-friendly setting to allow an existing straight diamond set wedding band to sit perfectly flush alongside.
Our design team CAD designed the setting to the precise measurements of the diamond. As a result, the diamond fitted perfectly. In addition to the Radiant cut, we added a matching set of natural 2mm Princess-cut diamonds channel set into the shoulders, weighing 0.50cts in addition to the 2.20 carat central diamond. The entire process was organised through email and took approximately 5 weeks to complete.
