Apex Diamond Wedding Ring
We created the Apex diamond wedding ring for local clients in search of a matching wedding ring to mirror their existing engagement ring band. As part of the commission, we designed a perfectly matched band with an 'Apex' profile. This unusual wedding ring style provides two faces—both set with diamonds. The angled faces reduce the need for a wide band. Instead, diamonds rise towards the central polished ridge between each row of diamonds. Apex ring designs bear a resemblance to the classic Knife-edged ring profile made famous by World renowned jeweller Tiffany & Co.
For the diamonds, we worked with an alternative to natural diamonds. High colour and clarity graded lab-grown diamonds, D-E colour and VS clarity added incredible brilliance to each face of the ring with a total carat weight of 0.60 carats. Each brilliant cut diamond measured 1.7mm, set across the 950 Platinum band.
