Blue Zircon and Diamond Halo Ring
For one of our lovely local clients, we created this incredible Blue Zircon and diamond halo ring. During a visit to our showroom on the Isle of Wight, she specifically wanted to create a diamond halo ring with her favourite gemstone, Zircon. Over the next week, we set to work sourcing suitable Blue Zircon gemstones so she could view and choose her favourite on her return visit. One of the examples—an incredible 4 carat Blue Zircon stood out as the perfect gemstone for her commission.
The incredible refraction from Zircon makes this a truly beautiful gemstone choice. Because Zircon is less durable than other types of gemstone, care must be taken when wearing it. Our client commissioned a ring design for occasional wear, and for this reason, we have added it to our bespoke Cocktail rings section. Many of these examples are occasionally worn rather than daily.
We designed the Blue Zircon and diamond halo ring working to the specific sizes of the stones. We typically design all bespoke rings after sourcing each diamond and gemstone, allowing us to CAD design jewellery with precision. Settings created for specific stone sizes fit perfectly. We presented hard copies of the design because our client was unable to access emails. Once approved, work commenced creating the ring over five weeks and was ready for collection from our showroom in Ryde.
