Shaped Blue Sapphire and Diamond Eternity Ring
For this incredible ring commission, we created a shaped eternity ring with blue saphpire and diamonds to compliment the wedding, engagement and eternity ring set with the addition of dazzling blue Sapphires. Over several years, we helped our client, first creating their Unity engagement ring set with a 1-carat diamond. For their wedding, we created the subsequent plain-shaped wedding ring to curve and contour around the engagement ring.
Finally, when the time came, we worked with our client to combine intense blue Sapphires with gleaming white diamonds. To begin with, we 3D scanned the engagement ring to assist with the creation of a CAD design. Next, we created design images for our client ready for approval. Once approved, we created the ring design, cast, mounted, set and finished. Once completed, all three rings fitted together perfectly.
For most of our shaped or fitted ring designs, we request the original engagement ring and shaped wedding ring to ensure the perfect fit. However, on some occasions, we retain the original CAD files to create the new shaped bands to fit.
