Green Tourmaline & Diamond Halo Necklace

The exquisite green tourmaline and diamond halo necklace comes from our unique individual jewellery designs from the Serendipity Diamonds showroom. We crafted this single item in 9-carat white gold as a unique necklace design, set with a magnificent 1.95 carat natural green tourmaline. 

The gemstone rests within a three-claw setting, surrounded by 0.30 carats of diamonds. The total gemstone weight of the necklace is 2.25 carats. Each diamond within the necklace has been graded F colour and VS clarity. The necklace includes a detailed valuation for insurance and arrives in our pristine white gloss presentation box.

Necklace length 13mm long x 11mm wide, with an additional 7mm articulated loop. (20mm total length x 11mm width)

Green tourmaline, 1.95 carats measures 9.5 x 7.5mm. Diamonds 20 x 1.5mm round brilliant cut diamonds, total 0.30 carats, Graded F colour VS clarity.

What is green tourmaline?

Green Tourmaline is otherwise known as Verdelite. The gemstone is a is a lithium rich crystalline boron silicate mineral associated with Quartz. Green tourmaline was discovered in Uno, Sweden by Johan August Arfwedson in 1818. Green is one of the more well-known colours of Tourmaline (besides pink tourmaline) and originates mainly from deposits in Brazil,  Namibia, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and the USA. In crystal healing, green tourmaline is said to provide essential life-giving energy and revitalises the body. Our example can be described as olive-green in hue and provides a wonderful centrepiece for this distinctive necklace with added sparkle from the 20 surrounding fine-white diamonds.

Across Europe all parcels are sent beautifully packaged using International Signed For Delivery. If you are based in the Channel Islands please contact us for a quote excluding VAT and we will prepare this for you.
