This free promotion involves a full jewellery clean and re-finish in our workshop to restore your jewellery to as-new condition.

Free clean and re-finish – further details
Our free clean and re-finish promotion will be available from 25th September – 25th October before our workshop gets super-busy making jewellery for Christmas delivery.
Our promotion is available for Gold, Platinum and Palladium jewellery purchased from Serendipity Diamonds but excludes items of Silver, Titanium or Zirconium.
Please contact us for a quote for refinishing any of these other metal types.
The promotion is limited to one item per person. Additional items will be re-finished at our cost price. Please contact us for a tailored quote.
For non-local clients, there will be a cost for re-delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
An exclusive VIP discount voucher and open evening invite will be provided with your jewellery once cleaned and re-finished, valid until late in December.

If you would like to arrange a revised insurance valuation, this is often the perfect opportunity while items are with us. In addition, for anyone interested in commissioning a matching eternity ring, or design closely matching existing jewellery, we are happy to provide further help whilst jewellery is in our care.
