Two “Dare to be Different” Engagement Rings

Laurel Precious Platinum Engagement Ring Set

Two unique engagement ring designs for anyone who dares to be a little different

For this blog post, we have selected two unique designs that are all what we would describe as ‘dare to be different’ engagement rings. Each design has a styling altogether unique and eye-catching and above all different. From a captivating cluster, to a mirrored two stone heart shape design, we highly recommend each of the following designs, as accomplished, highly unusual but well balanced styles.

Unusual Two Stone Platinum Engagement RingFlow Engagement Ring

First of all we begin with a very simple two stone design. R2D003 has a beautifully minimal feel to the ring. We highly recommend the 0.60cts version which holds two round brilliant cut diamonds, one being 4.5mm diameter, and the other 4.0mm in diameter. The diamonds graduate in size, creating this beautiful simplistic design that has a very contemporary feel to the piece. The diamonds themselves are held within a partial claw and partial bezel setting, and the band itself is certainly substantial, weighing over 6g in 18ct Gold and an astonishing 8g in 950 Platinum. Our next ring design that certainly dares to be different is a brand spanking new engagement ring and wedding ring set from the Precious Platinum collection that has been unveiled this year. The design has been called Laurel and features pave set diamond leaves in a naturalistic design, topped with a round brilliant cut quarter carat diamond, as the centre piece to the engagement ring. Versatile as a ring set for special occasions or a combined engagement ring and wedding ring set, the piece is truly unique and offers a fresh design perspective on bridal jewellery designs. Created exclusively in 950 Platinum, this new design has certainly been capturing a great deal of attention amongst those trawling online for something that retains elegance, whilst steering away from generic engagement ring styles. There are many more unique engagement rings amongst the designs we offer at Serendipity Diamonds. Many are new, and others are very popular long running designs. Indeed some of our most popular rings are those that are different to some of the mainstream styles, and this diversity is something we are always working on. For anyone with a concept in mind, there is always the additional service to CAD design your ring, another element of our service, with bespoke design being readily available for anyone wishing to design their own.
