Diamond Concierge Service
The Diamond Concierge Service was introduced in 2007 to provide a dedicated service for purchasing loose Diamonds. We work for jewellers and members of the public, putting in-depth knowledge and experience to good use – sourcing the perfect polished Diamond for your needs. We work directly with Diamond cutters, supplying mainly GIA certified Diamonds, including fully traceable CanadaMark diamonds from Canada.

How does it work?
We start with your enquiry. Clients contact us by phone or by email with details of their requirements. Some clients have very little knowledge, whilst other clients have a greater depth of knowledge. We offer as much or as little guidance as each person needs.
When we have a very good idea of the specifications needed, we source the most suitable Diamond, and forward full details, a copy of the Diamond certificate and the final cost.
We can include detailed, high resolution photography of any short-listed Diamonds. We have a dedicated photography studio set up for Diamond and gemstone photography to giving you better images than if you were viewing the Diamond in person. This gives you the reassurance of seeing the actual Diamond before making any decision. Buying online without seeing the Diamond can sometimes result in unexpected, visible characteristics being present without prior knowledge. We take away this risk.
We only advise on Diamonds that we can personally inspect, photograph and guarantee availability for. When you receive a photograph for your enquiry, that Diamond will be available for you within 24 hours – the typical time it takes us to ship the Diamond to you.
Our concierge service ensures that clients are 100% happy with the stone we have chosen.
Special Offer Stock Certified Diamonds
In addition to GIA certified diamonds, we stock a selection of IGR certified diamonds from our showroom stock—available to purchase individually including certificate or to have set into our ring designs. View our current stock, all diamonds available for immediate setting or delivery.
Please note that we include the loose diamond price or set into a solitaire ring in any precious metal type.
Buying the ring mount?
If you require a ring mount, we can provide most of our existing designs found on the Serendipity Diamonds website to accommodate your chosen Diamond. We can also provide all mounting, setting and finishing work, competitively priced and completely optional.
Diamond sizes included
The Diamond Concierge Service is available for all sizes and shapes of Diamond from 0.40cts upwards. It is particularly beneficial when purchasing larger certified Diamonds, allowing you to see the Diamond, in clear detail, before purchasing the Diamond.
What about small Diamonds?
Please see our additional service page on purchasing smaller diamonds at Serendipity.
Online and in-store
Diamonds can be purchased through our concierge service without the need to visit us. Clients who wish to view their Diamond in person can make arrangements to visit us at our Ryde showroom for a one-to-one consultation and viewing.
