60 Days Returns for Ireland


All purchases sent to Ireland qualify for a returns period of up to 60 days. The following guidance gives useful information on how to return an item back to Serendipity Diamonds.

Clients at Serendipity Diamonds benefit from the reassurance of a 60 days no quibble returns period which also applies to purchases from Ireland. 

Please read the following details which note restrictions to our returns policy. 


You have our complete assurance that our small friendly team will remain as helpful as possible with any guidance you might need before and after your purchase. 

Excluded from our 60 days returns


Items not covered by our 60 days returns are listed below. 

  • Bespoke or custom made items of jewellery
  • Personalised items of jewellery
  • Diamond earrings
  • Items previously returned for size adjustments
  • Finished ring mounts and settings
  • Ring mounts set with other people's stones.
  • Items received from exchange

If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, we will always provide help and guidance to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.


Sending back from Ireland.


In the first instance, please contact us to notify us of your intent to return any item. Then send your item in the original packaging to our address below. Items of jewellery should be sent fully insured and are the responsibility of the sender. Please ensure that adequate insurance cover is included on your item and that the parcel is sent using a secure tracked post or courier. Please send all parcels to our main office.

When we receive your parcel we will notify you by email of the safe receipt. If your item arrives back in the original condition it was sent in, we will arrange the full refund back to your account which should arrive within 7 days. 


Exchanges


Please contact us if you would like to exchange your diamond, or complete item of diamond jewellery for an alternative design. Based on your requirements we can make arrangements for any alternative item of jewellery. Please note that there will likely be costs incurred for changes to bespoke or personalised items of jewellery.
