Terms and Conditions
Our lifetime warranty covers materials and manufacturing. Please note that our lifetime warranty for workmanship will not apply once a third party has carried out any work upon the item. Our lifetime warranty includes all items of finished jewellery including loose diamonds selected from our diamond search set within any of our ring designs. Our lifetime warranty covers all items purchased Worldwide. The cost and insurance for all items being sent to Serendipity Diamonds is the responsibility of the sender.
Our lifetime warranty does not cover loss or damage to gemstones after receipt of purchase. Please note that neither wear nor damage will be covered by the lifetime warranty – this covers the unlikely occurrence of faults or manufacturing defects.
Please ensure that you arrange adequate insurance for your valuable jewellery item to cover risk of loss or damage. We provide a complimentary signed appraisal with each item of diamond jewellery sold, for this purpose and include a referral document to a recommended specialist jewellery insurer. We can also provide insurance at the point of sale provided this is arranged before delivery.
For castings, components, finished ring mounts and rings set with third party stones, we provide a 12 month warranty for materials and workmanship, with repairs, resizing and maintenance available under our non-profit service.
Non Profit Repairs
We operate a non-profit repair and re-finishing service, covering all work carried out for existing clients. We confirm costs for you before any work commences.
All products and specifications featured on the website are subject to availability. In the event that an item is no longer available following a transaction, we will refund you in full, unless we are able to offer you a suitable alternative which you are happy with. We may contact you by email following your purchase if your chosen specifications are unavailable to offer you an alternative choice.
Please note that the quoted timescales that we present are approximate guides, and due to the very nature of casting rings, we can sometimes over-run on these times. We do our very best to keep clients informed on any deviation from timescale, and to the best of our ability we quote realistically on delivery times. We always strongly recommend ordering well in advance, and making any personal arrangements following receipt of your item for peace of mind. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any delay resulting from delays due to both couriers we use, or customs. We do however make every effort to liaise with both couriers and customs where delays occur.
Please refer to our guidance page on arranging a size adjustment for your ring.

Please note that finance must be applied for before jewellery manufacture commences. We are unable to provide finance applications for jewellery after an item has been made. For non website orders, UK clients should contact us to apply for finance ahead of placing an order.
Please contact us as early as possible if you decide to cancel your order. This will save us unnecessary costs manufacturing items that are no longer required.
