Returning your item from USA

Jewellery created at Serendipity Diamonds is crafted with care and attention over a period of time. This is reflected in the final work produced. For your reassurance we provide 60 days returns on purchases from Serendipity Diamonds just in case you are not completely satisfied. All items ordered from our website, or arranged by phone and email are covered by this standard returns policy. 

60 days returns for purchases from USA

For all clients purchasing from the USA, we provide 60 days returns from the date of receipt. This allows clients plenty of time to take advantage of our returns if they are not entirely satisfied. All items are created to order and we pride ourselves on creating the perfect piece of jewellery. Please note that we charge a $50.00 re-stocking / administration charge per item for returned jewellery. 

Returning an item

If you decide to send an item of jewellery back, please contact us in the first instance by email. Send your item securely in the original packaging, enclosing the original documents. Please attach all of the original shipping paperwork to the outside of your parcel noting on the customs paperwork that you are returning jewellery to the sender. The address to send your item to is our regular office address.

Please note that we will contact you when your parcel arrives to confirm safe receipt. Please ensure that you use a suitable courier or tracked postal service with adequate insurance cover for the parcel. 

Excluded from our 60 days returns

Items not covered by our 60 days returns are listed below. 

  • Bespoke or custom made items of jewellery
  • Personalised items of jewellery
  • Diamond earrings
  • Items previously returned for size adjustments
  • Finished ring mounts and settings
  • Ring mounts set with other people's stones.
  • Items received from exchange

If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, we will always provide help and guidance to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Please note

All returned items are subject to a £40.00 administration and re-stocking fee per item. This charge is deducted from your refund and covers the cost of our work processing your return, re-stocking and re-listing items within our showroom and website


If you prefer to exchange your item for an alternative choice, please provide us with full details of the new item on the accompanying note you send with the return. Your item must be returned in the original packaging as new without any signs of wear. 

We will arrange any cost difference with you upon completion of the replacement item. Our 60 days refund policy does not apply to exchanged items.

If you require any additional help or support please contact us by phone, email or via our online message / chat system. All items returned should be sent in the same as new / boxfresh condition they were sent in to qualify for your full refund which will arrive back in your account within 7 days of receipt of goods.
