Returning jewellery within the UK


This information is set out to provide guidance on returning any items of jewellery within the UK. Please contact us for more information and guidance if needed. 

No quibble 60 days returns.


We provide a no quibble returns period of 60 days from the date of receipt of your jewellery. Certain items are excluded (see the following paragraph). Please contact us in the first instance to notify us of the intended return. Items should arrive in the same box fresh condition within the original packaging and with the original documentation. Please note that we charge a £40.00 re-stocking / administration charge per item for returned jewellery. 



Items not covered


Items not covered by our 60 days returns are listed below. 

  • Bespoke or custom made items of jewellery
  • Personalised items of jewellery
  • Diamond earrings
  • Items previously returned for size adjustments
  • Finished ring mounts and settings
  • Items returned after purchase / collection in store.
  • Ring mounts set with other people's stones.
  • Items received from exchange
  • Items purchased or collected in person in our showroom 

If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, we will always provide help and guidance to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.



Posting within the UK


Within the UK we suggest using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Returned items should be securely wrapped. The cost of return is the responsibility of the sender along with any insurance. Requesting the maximum cover for Special Delivery at the post office should cover your parcel with Royal Mail for up to £2500.00 value. Please return your parcel to the following address as specified below.

Upon receipt of your item, we will contact you to confirm safe receipt. All items are inspected for wear and if sent back unworn and unaltered in box fresh condition, we will arrange the refund which will arrive back in your account within approximately 7 days. 

Exchanges


If you prefer to exchange your item for an alternative choice, please provide us with full details of the new item on the accompanying note you send with the return. Your item must be returned in the original packaging as new without any signs of wear. We will arrange any cost difference with you upon completion of the replacement item. Our 60 days refund policy does not apply to exchanged items. Items seen / collected in person, in store are not eligible for our 60 days no quibble refund, but may be eligible for exchange at our discretion. Please talk to us if you wish to exchange your item.

All returned items are subject to a £40.00 administration and re-stocking fee per item. This charge is deducted from your refund and covers the cost of our work processing your return, re-stocking and re-listing items within our showroom and website
