The Lydia engagement ring design is a contemporary round-brilliant-cut solitaire with a full bezel setting. The design provides a simple, elegant and contemporary setting set with a choice of natural or ethical lab-grown diamond in a variety of sizes and precious metal options.
Rub-over Round Diamond Solitaire Engagement Ring
With its bezel setting, flat profile and minimalistic design, the Lydia design provides an elegant and classic feel to this engagement ring. The ring itself has a traditional court profile, marrying together both comfort and style. You can personalise this ring to fit your taste, featuring a round brilliant cut diamond and set within your choice of precious metal. We can craft your engagement ring in several precious metals, including 18ct white gold, 18ct rose gold, 18ct yellow gold, and platinum. Please allow us approximately four weeks to craft your engagement ring for you to your desired specifications. It will then be delivered straight to your door by a secure courier, presented in our own Serendipity Diamonds packaging with the added reassurance of a 60 day returns policy and a free ring size adjustment should you need it.
How does my engagement ring arrive?
Within the United Kingdom, each completed ring from our extensive diamond engagement ring collection is beautifully packaged and sent by International Signed For Delivery, by Royal Mail. We insure all parcels until they arrive with you.
Deliveries arrive the next day after despatch. All parcels arrive under plain wrapping. Inside you will discover a sturdy outer box containing a document section with a document folder for valuations and certification. Your engagement ring will arrive inside a presentation box, accompanied by our handy pocket sized ring box.

How to order your engagement ring
Please feel free to order online or contact our showroom to order in person. If you place your order online, we will email you an invoice and then advise you on payment options. Owing to the high level of card fraud, we handle all payments individually and welcome deposit payments before we start any work.
Choose either a natural or lab-grown diamond
This ring design is now available to order online of with us in person, with a lab-grown diamond. Just select the lab-grown diamond option. By default we work with fully certified, F colour VS1 clarity ethical lab-grown diamonds as a minimum grade. Please contact us for alternative diamond specifications. All lab-grown diamonds will have a minimum cut grade of very good or excellent as part of your purchase.

Diamond grading you can trust
Trust in reputable diamond certification from GIA (Gemological Institute of America) and IGI (International Gemmological Institute). Our diamonds achieve a minimum of a VERY GOOD CUT. This ensures maximum brilliance from your diamond. We can provide Excellent cut diamonds upon request.

Mount only and Starlight Moissanite ring options
We now provide most of our ring styles in two further choices. Firstly, we create finished ring mounts available for your own diamonds or gemstones. In addition, we provide a range of add-on services, including stone setting and inward insurance, to cover items sent to us for setting.
Also, we offer most of our engagement rings with Moissanite instead of a diamond. This provides an ethical and affordable alternative to a natural or lab-grown diamond (also available) available across most of our ring styles. Look for the Starlight Moissanite or mount-only tabs, or contact us for a personal quote on any ring design.
