The ring is made from 9-carat white gold with a subtle textured pattern, aged with a natural patina developed over time. The ring includes the original hallmarks with London Assay Office marking, and RCK sponsor mark, 375 Gold stamp and finally, the letter "r" signifying the year of hallmark "1972".
