The diamond heartbeat necklace features the actual heartbeat of a loved one or your heartbeat captured for a loved one. Crafted in 9ct White Gold, this simple design includes all the help needed to capture your heartbeat for engraving. Please order the ECG device separately. We offer this service in our UK showroom, and in addition, we provide this unique service Worldwide. In addition to your heartbeat engraving, please feel welcome to select the additional option to include a message on the reverse of the diamond heartbeat necklace. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the pendant to be crafted, and we will beautifully present it in our bespoke packaging before we arrange free Worldwide delivery to your door.

Capturing your ECG Heartbeat

We can help you to capture your actual heartbeat using the latest technology. This service can be provided within our showroom, or we can send a simple kit to take your heartbeat in the comfort of your own home, using a sensor which links to your smartphone. Your readout can be emailed to us directly from the free app. or email a screenshot taken directly from your iPhone or Android device. 

How to place your order for a heartbeat necklace

1. Add the necklace to your shopping basket. Then select continue shopping at the checkout.  

2. From this page, use the link below to order your ECG device. (This cost will be refunded once returned after recording your heartbeat)

3. Proceed through the checkout, making sure you order in the desired currency depending on your location. (Contact us if you wish to order for another country not listed.)

4. Once your order is placed, you will receive your invoice by email and we will contact you in person by email. 

5. We then send out your ECG device. 

6. When you receive your device, download the app. and take your heartbeat reading, emailing this to us via the app. 

7. Once your necklace is completed, we apply the engraving and confirm once your order is ready to be sent. 

Please note that if you wish to pay a 10% deposit for your necklace, you will need to place your order for the ECG device, paying in full for this part of the order. Once posted back, we refund the cost of the ECG reader to your original card.

UK delivery and presentation

Once your diamond pendant commission has been completed, we will send out your parcel by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This next-day service delivers by courier before 1 pm the following day. Once sent, your parcel reference is emailed to you. Diamond pendants are delightfully presented in luxurious packaging, as shown below. Our main outer box is wrapped in a protective sealed wrapping to ensure your parcel arrives in box fresh condition. We also include certification where appropriate and a detailed valuation within your document wallet.

A note on diamond grading

Besides exceptional value for money, we maintain strict standards for all of our diamond pendants and for the diamonds themselves. All diamonds are cut and polished to the highest standards. We provide a minimum of a very good cut grade as standard, with excellent cut diamonds being available upon request. Most certified diamonds are GIA certified for your reassurance, GIA is the most respected authority for diamond grading. All diamonds are provided with the assurance of being 100% conflict free, and we are now able to provide upon request fully traceable diamonds in certain sizes, colour and clarity grades. For 100% ethical assurance, consider Fairtrade Gold now available for diamond pendants. All diamond solitaire pendants weighing 0.30 carats and above, selected in grades above J colour and SI2 clarity will include full certification for your reassurance.
