Returning Jewellery from Australia
Courtesy 60 Days Refund
For your reassurance we provide 60 days returns on purchases from Serendipity Diamonds. Please read our guidance before sending any item back to ensure the item is covered under this policy. Please note that we charge a $80.00 re-stocking / administration charge per item for returned jewellery.
You have our complete assurance that our small friendly team will remain as helpful as possible with any guidance you might need before and after your purchase.
Items not covered
Items not covered by our 60 days returns are listed below.
- Bespoke or custom made items of jewellery
- Personalised items of jewellery
- Diamond earrings for hygiene reasons
- Items previously returned for size adjustments
- Finished ring mounts and settings
- Ring mounts set with your own diamond.
- Items received from exchange
If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, we will always provide help and guidance to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
Sending from Australia?
Please contact us in the first instance to inform us that you are intending to return your item. You will be responsible for the return cost. We recommend using a courier service and including all paperwork and shipment documentation arriving on the original parcel. You should mark your parcel clearly as a returned item on the customs note placed on the outside of the parcel.

All returned items are subject to a £40.00 administration and re-stocking fee per item. This charge is deducted from your refund and covers the cost of our work processing your return, re-stocking and re-listing items within our showroom and website
If you prefer to exchange your item for an alternative choice, please provide us with full details of the new item on the accompanying note you send with the return. Your item must be returned in the original packaging as new without any signs of wear.
We will arrange any cost difference with you upon completion of the replacement item. Our 60 days refund policy does not apply to items that have been exchanged previously.
